This is the Sacred Heart Cathedral, the original Cathedral was completed in 1911, this structure was designed by Shen Dah Cheong and Rev. Fr. Tobias Chi. It is located in Kota Kinabalu.

Here is the Lord Murugan Statue, it represents a Kartikeya, a Hindu deity. This is the tallest statue of a Hindu deity in Malaysia at 42.7 metres in height, and the third tallest statue of a Hindu deity in the world. It was completed in 2006. Every year, thousands of devotees from Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka visit this temple to pay their tributes to the deity. 2.5 Mil Ringgit Malaysia or about 731,072 Canadian Dollars were spent to build this statue. It took only three years to complete.
